El Servicio Meteorológico Nacional pronosticó para hoy lunes rachas de viento muy fuertes a intensas en el norte y noreste de México, así como la posible formación de torbellinos o tornados en Coahuila, Nuevo León y Tamaulipas.
En su aviso meteorológico para este día, informó que un frente frío se aproximará al noroeste y norte de México, interaccionará con una línea seca que se establecerá sobre Coahuila, con una vaguada polar que recorrerá el norte de Sonora y Chihuahua, y con la corriente en chorro polar, generando intervalos de chubascos con descargas eléctricas y caída de granizo en Coahuila, Nuevo León y Tamaulipas, con probable formación de torbellinos o tornados en dichas entidades.
También propiciarán chubascos en Sonora y lluvias aisladas en Baja California y Chihuahua, además de rachas de viento de 80 a cien kilómetros por hora con tolvaneras en Chihuahua y Durango.
A su vez, se pronostica viento de componente sur (surada) con rachas de 60 a 80 kilómetros por hora en las costas de Tamaulipas y Veracruz; y con rachas de 40 a 60 kilómetros por hora en Oaxaca, Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatán y Quintana Roo.
Asimismo, un canal de baja presión sobre el oriente y sureste del territorio nacional, en combinación con la entrada de humedad proveniente del Golfo de México y Océano Pacífico, ocasionarán lluvias y chubascos con posibles con descargas eléctricas en Oaxaca y Chiapas, y lluvias aisladas en zonas de Hidalgo, Puebla, Veracruz, Campeche y Quintana Roo.
Finalmente, advirtió el Servicio Meteorológico Nacional de la Conagua, continuará ambiente vespertino cálido a caluroso en entidades del norte y centro del territorio nacional, y con temperaturas máximas superiores a 40 grados centígrados en zonas de Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, San Luis Potosí, Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán, Querétaro, Hidalgo, Morelos, Guerrero, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche y Yucatán.
