Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- El presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador presidió este mediodía en esta capital la reunión del IMSS-Bienestar, donde conoció los avances de los trabajos del sector salud presentados por el gobernador de Tamaulipas, Américo Villarreal Anaya.
La reunión de trabajo, que duró 60 minutos, se realizó en las instalaciones del Aeropuerto Pedro J. Méndez, donde el presidente destacó su interés por dejar encaminada y de forma eficiente la transformación del sector salud del país y particularmente de Tamaulipas.
También participaron Zoé Robledo, director general del IMSS; Alejandro Calderón Alipi, titular de los servicios de salud del IMSS-Bienestar; el general Jens Pedro Lohmann Iturburu, director general de Laboratorios de Biológicos y Reactivos de México (Birmex); y el gobernador Villarreal Anaya, quien mostró los avances de las obras de los Hospitales Generales de Matamoros y Ciudad Madero.
Al término de la reunión, el mandatario estatal informó que se presentó el diagnóstico situacional del sector salud del estado y se definieron acciones para lograr una coordinación más estrecha a fin de mejorar los porcentajes de surtimiento de medicamentos en general, así como los de especialidad.
“Seguimos concretando las oportunidades de esta nueva modalidad de atención médica. Tenemos que seguir en esta coyuntura de transición de este nuevo modelo de salud”, dijo.
Además, se presentó el diagnóstico situacional de los nosocomios del estado y se atenderán las indicaciones emitidas.
El gobernador del estado estuvo acompañado por el secretario de Salud, Vicente Joel Hernández y el coordinador estatal del IMSS-Bienestar, Marggid Rodríguez Avendaño.
