Nuevo Laredo .- El programa “Sembrando Vida”, liderado por la Dirección de Cultura Física y Deporte, ha establecido un sólido compromiso con la concienciación ambiental al reunir a integrantes de diversas escuelas deportivas, tanto municipales como externas, en una serie de actividades mensuales.
Su principal objetivo es educar a los deportistas sobre la importancia del cuidado del medio ambiente.
En una reciente jornada, la Escuela Municipal de Gimnasia Rítmica destacó al plantar 15 árboles frutales en la Unidad Deportiva “Benito Juárez”.
Además de la siembra, los participantes recibieron charlas informativas por parte del ingeniero Sergio Hernández Bernal, quien compartió técnicas especializadas de reproducción de árboles y estrategias de reforestación.
Este evento no solo promueve la actividad física, sino que también fomenta una conexión más profunda con la naturaleza y la responsabilidad ambiental entre los jóvenes deportistas.
